China Academy of Wealth Planning and Management, a nonprofit organization, was established in Hong Kong in May,2006 in accordance with  Societies Ordinance of Hong Kong. The registered office is situated at Room 1401,14/F,World Commerce Centre, Harbour City, 7-11 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

The paramount authority of the Academy is the Standing Council, in which there shall be the Chairman, standing Vice-Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary General elected from the Standing Council.

Objects for which the Academy is established are as follows:

To provide a professional and academic platform for: joint research on and exchange of professional issues concerning wealth planning and management among practitioners, organizations, scholars, and academic associations.

The Academy shall do the following:

1. organize international and regional conferences and seminars;

2. organize various workshops and trainings;

3. arrange research and teaching experience exchanges;

4. edit and publish journals and magazines on wealth planning and management.

Members shall include practitioners, organizations, scholars, and associations around the world engaged in legal services, banking, trust, accounting, and international investment fields.

According to The Articles of the Academy, professionals, practitioners, organizations, scholars, and academic associations engaged in wealth planning and management are eligible to be a member of the Academy.

The Academy shall organize international seminars from time to time to discuss current practice and professional issues in the field of wealth planning and management; shall hold various workshops, lectures, forums, and trainings regularly to exchange information with distinguished scholars and experts in this field; shall keep in touch with international and national organizations and associations to get the first hand information of wealth planning and management.

The Academy shall edit and publish its professional journal----Wealth Planning, and English and Chinese version of Newsletter of China Wealth Planning and Management.
