The Academy shall have 2 (two) Permanent Honorary Chairmen, several Honorary Chairmen and Honorary Advisers.

Besides, the Academy shall have 1 (one) registered Chairman, 1 (one) registered Standing Vice-Chairman, 2 (two) registered Vice-Chairmen, 1 (one) registered secretary general in the Secretariat. The above 5 (five) people shall be the Academy’s standing council members, composing a standing council, which shall be the Academy’s highest organ of power, the key and the permanent body.

The Council shall consist of 8 (eight) to 200 (two hundred) council members. The council meeting shall be held once a year or be decided by the Academy’s Chairman according to certain situations as whether or when to hold the council meeting. Council members are recommended or invited by the standing council members with a two-year term in office for every session.

Permanent Honorary Chairman, Honorary Chairman, Chairman, standing vice-Chairman, vice-Chairman, and secretary in general shall be the Academy’s natural council members.
