China Academy of Wealth Planning and Management (CAWPM), first such non-profit academic institution in China with its focus on wealth planning research and management, was established in Hong Kong in May, 2006. Its research mainly falls upon the combination of wealth planning and management theory and practice, dealing with issues of protecting transnational or trans-territorial wealth during the process of economic globalization. Not only does it pay attention to the wealth planning and management issues in mainland China, but also to the issues on introducing such experience in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan districts and foreign countries to mainland China.

CAWPM will do the following with full efforts:

* to collect information on international wealth planning and management;

* to introduce the related laws and systems;

* to study the theory and give professional legal suggestions and advice;

* to advocate wealth protection conception;

* to introduce the latest international practice on wealth planning and management;

* to launch the international academic exchanges with professional institutions, universities and experts;

* to organize related professional training and lectures;

* to publish academic papers and research achievements and provide guidance to professional institutions.

The academy’s website has many columns, such as: On off-shores, Private Foundation and Trust, Wealth Protection, Marital law and Inheritance, Intellectual Property Rights, International investment and trade, Taxation law, Company Law Focus, Banking Law, etc. It encourages professionals to do research on wealth planning and management in the view of multi-discipline and frontier discipline, to promote and guide the development of wealth planning and management. It puts its efforts to refine and summarize wealth planning and management expertise and experience, with such to present wealth research’s implied essence in professional comprehensive viewpoint, in this way, to sort and conform the valuable sources in wealth planning and management field with the help of professionals around the world. We sincerely welcome more professionals in this field to join us, which would formalize and perfect our columns. Your contributions are welcome here in our website.

A. What we need

Any academic research concerning the issue of wealth planning and management, such as: papers, lecture notes, jottings, translations, research reports, case studies, etc. Your contributions can be the articles or papers already published in journals or magazines at any time.

B. Requirements

1. Clear line and ideas, good arguments, authentic information and data, concise wordings, no limitation on word number. please send us your contributions using email with “word” attachment to our special email box：publication@chinawealthplanning.com. Please mark your contributions with the word “contribution” and the topic of the articles.

2. We refuse those speeches, letters of appeal, critics, praising letters and poetry that have nothing to do with wealth planning and management.

C. Format

1. Topic: Word No.3 center

2. Work unit, name: Word No.5 center (work unit will be the name recognizable to the public);

3. Passage: the body of the article should be ordered clearly.

4. Reference: the word “references” should be in No. 4 and the content in No.

5. Essays or papers should include Topic, Brief introduction of the author, the summary, the article itself and the footnotes, better with the topic, summary and references in English. If there are some special essays or papers we would make changes according to the content. Because of the tech limitation, all the footnotes should be kept at the end of the text using

6. Name of the author, summary, key words, footnotes, references will be filled in the relevant column, not in the text.

7. Please write out the source of the article: the name of the magazine and the issue number. If it is the first time to be published please notify.

6. If your essays or papers do not accord with the above requirements, the editors in the Academy have the right to make changes.

D. Notes

The write should write clearly of the pen name, name, and name he or she would like to use when publishing the article, mail address, postal code, telephone and mobile numbers, emails and resume. The write has the responsibility to ensure true nature of the information in the article.

E. Remuneration, Letter of Acceptance, and Responsibility

1. This website will not pay the author remuneration because the website is a non-profit academic one.

2. When the contributions are accepted, the editing department will send a Letter of Acceptance to the writer via email.

3. The editors of the website can make some adjustments or re-edit the article without notifying the writer under the condition that the adjustments and the re-editing will not be against the writer’s wishes. The editing department would contact the writer if there are some big changes or if the editors consider it necessary to notify the writer.

4. We keep the priority of publication in relation to the articles initially published in our website.

F. Others

The website will refuse the following articles:

1. Works or pictures against national laws and regulations, with unacceptable pen-names or net names;

2. Works with rumors, porn contents, gambles, violence, murders, terrors;

3. Works to insult or slander others, to infringe the legal rights of others;

4. Plagiarize others’ resume or papers.

If above mentioned are proofed with evidence, the Website has rights to refuse any kind of articles or papers from this author, and cancel all the rights the author enjoys.

The writer will be responsible for all the copy rights problems arisen if the articles are concerned with plagiarism, changing the original signature of the author, translating others’ works without authorization, quoting others’ original words more than the usual quotation.

The papers or essays uploaded in the Website are regarded as the approval from the authors to be collected in the relevant e-journals; we will, in certain time, make them into a collection of works and publish it in Hong Kong. Details are to be discussed.

Besides papers and articles, China Academy of Wealth Planning and Management welcome professionals to contribute their published books or compiled piece of works to the Website. Details are to be discussed.

G. The Website is responsible for these rules duly. All the articles are representing the authors’ viewpoint and have nothing to do with the Website.
