Tax Information Exchange - Pacific Islands Update

Samoa is now on the OECD ‘white list’. This means the OECD Global Forum on Transparency and Exchange of Information for Tax Purposes considers that Samoa has substantially implemented the OECD internationally agreed tax standard. Samoa has entered into 12 TIEAs with countries including Australia, Sweden, Ireland and Finland.
