BVI Financial Services Commission posted on January 23 an Act to repeal and replace the Trade Marks Act (Cap. 158) and to make new provision for the registration and protection of trade marks, the institution of legal proceedings in trade mark issues and other matters relevant to intellectual and industrial property as they relate to trademarks and for connected matters.
